Community Involvement

Community involvement is a core value that Troy Peters and Troy Illumination subscribe to wholeheartedly. Whether it's annual donations to the Vancouver Children's Hospital and Royal Columbia Hospital to help provide new specialized instruments, such as a tiny camera for use in micro surgeries. To attending fundraisers and the pursuing the opportunities to talk to and learn from community leaders such as U.S. President Bill Clinton. Time is made each week to assist in local grass-roots programs such as Cameray Child and Family Services in Burnaby, assisting with cooking and providing food for the after-school programs he even got his food-safe certification just to be able to partake in this service. As well, he is constantly encouraging co-workers to participate in Food Bank food drives, and collecting and donating to the Salvation Army. Troy has recognized how much the community has given to him, and will always give back.
